I've been saying for a long time that he peaked back in 2010.
Damn I thought I was the only one thinking it. I hate that now it's either get stuck with him for a while longer off a division win or see Pittsburgh make it at our expense.

It must be name recognition. I hate to say it, but I think maybe even Timmons on Pittsburgh deserved it over him this year. Honestly there really ain't that many big names at the inside LB position for the AFC.
And to be fair, Mosley has stepped up his coverage game this year. He just hasn't pile up the sideline to sideline tackles this season (which has been taken up by Orr). This year Mosley really did take over for and imitate Daryl Smith.
Weddle is the biggest snub.

22 different games the team has lost on its last possession since 2013 now and 3 of 4 years since the super bowl they've missed the playoffs. 19 wins to 39 losses against playoff teams during he regular season since 2008 (13 wins to 39 losses not counting 2011). There is no justifiable reason for this staff or this offense or most of this defense to be on this team next year.

Led the league with 7 blown 4th quarter leads in 2010. Franchise record for 4th quarter points allowed in 2013, led the league in blown fourth quarter leads in 2014 and 2015 and they have at least 3-4 of them this year. I'd legit take my chances with any coach and his staff if the owner will replace this one.
