If jays win the wildcard game and advance to play the texas rangers, repeat of last year's ALDS...remember Bautista's bat flip after his series winning homerun.
And mets if they win they will face the cubs in a rematch of Last year's NLCS...Cubs have homefield advantage this time around, and will look to avenge their disappointing sweep last year. With the amazin mets injuries on their SP staff, cubs would sweep easily.

They'd probably lose one to syndergard but the mets won't win the series
Last year the mets had home field advantage despite the cubs having a better record

Imma show my ass if the Mets win the WC and beat the Cubs. 
All y'all acting the Cubs are a lock to win this, when we've seen teams as great if not better lose before in October(100+ win Mariners, '11 Phillies who had 3 legit aces).

The 01 mariners were 7th in the al in pitching cubs the best in mlb and lead several defensive metric categories and have a top 5 offense.They're 52-22 at home the cubs can potentially lose a series to the nationals/dodgers,giants or cards they aren't losin to the mets

If it was 1975, you know the baseball games on the last day of the year would have priority over any early NFL season game. MLB was probably #1 back then.

Yeah I'm gonna have Raiders/Ravens game on the TV while waiting for the noon baseball starts after that I'm all in. Really wish Pirates could've hung on today didn't wanna sweat out game 162 but this how it gotta be so be it. I feel confident in Giants vs Mets win or go home and I think the Cubs don't wanna see Giants rotation not sure if Giants got enough offense but I'd love to find out
they'll probably start their b team, moore better not fuk this up cause if they lose tomorrow then they'll probably have to use bum vs the cards then cueto vs the mets
that would seriously hinder them in any potential matchup with the cubs

But In toronto, vancouver and montreal, plenty of bars downtown will put the jays-red sox game on. Bandwagon is huge here
