We deserved that loss. You can only be mad at your own team when they shyt the bed the way the Mets did in the WS.

This year we made it to the postseason pretty much wearing an eyepatch and missing an arm and a leg while relying on rookies and a middle aged obese Dominican to carry us through. I have faith in them.

That's my overachieving squad.

Basically. Mets have to pray that the Giants lose and Cardinals win today, and St Louis wins the play-in game cuz I don't like the way their lefty hitters match up against Bumgarner. No deGrom, Matz or Harvey too.
Cubs improved their SP, bullpen, defense, and offense. Last years sweep in the NLCS and 5-2 series advantage for the Mets doesn't mean shyt to me either. Mets went winless against the Cubs in the regular season in last year and proceeded to sweep them in the championship series. Cubs in 4 at most. :Manny:

Offense has been fine since Cabrera and Cespeded have returned from the DL. SP more of a concern besides Thor.
