I love watching Beltre play, too bad the team ain't that good.

I was at the game last night. I don't think I have ever seen a faster triple ever. He just zoomed around the base.
That kid looks special.
Crazy how this dude might even faster than Trea Turner. He's arriving just in time for Bryce's departure. Glad we didn't trade him.

So the Indians' streak is over at 22 straight wins. VERY IMPRESSIVE.
I was wondering how some of the best regular season teams of all-time did as far as winning streaks. Here are the 6 winningest seasons in MLB and their longest winning streaks:
1906 Chicago Cubs: 116 wins. Longest streak: 14 wins from August 20 to September 1. It's worth noting that after the Cubs lost on September 2nd to the Cardinals, they went on another 12 game winning streak.
2001 Seattle Mariners: 116 wins. Longest streak: 15 wins from May 23 to June 8.
1998 New York Yankees: 114 wins. Longest streak: 10 wins from June 30 to July 12.
1954 Cleveland Indians: 111 wins. Longest streak: 11 wins from May 13 to May 23. Also 11 wins from September 8 to September 20.
1909 Pittsburgh Pirates: 110 wins. Longest streak: 16 wins from September 9 to September 27.
