Their lineup is looking pretty mediocre right now and they have 1.5 starters they can rely on. That doesn't sound like a WS team to me.

He does have a point.

The elite pitching you see in the playoffs will shut down that weak lineup if they get there.

Betts,benintendi,bogearts,devers all 20-24 years old.Bradley jr 27, the red sox traded prospects for sale who will most likely win the cy young this season and pomeranz who has been solid.The point of prospects is to develop them into mlb players & fill holes on the mlb roster.Red Sox did that

Too many people get caught up in the "we got 6 top 100 prospects!!!" wave.Being in a position to win the world series is the objective not mlb pipeline mvp or pacific coast league titles
