I wouldn't slam him for it. Even if Hill couldn't come out for the 11th, he was only at 95 pitches going into the 10th and was perfect besides an error. shyt happens.

How the hell is Betances not tossed after hitting McCann in the head after everything that's happened in this game?

Edit: They waited five minutes and tossed him after the benches cleared again. They had to toss him even if it wasn't intentional (which I don't think it was).
