It really is amazing when you stop to think for a moment just how many horrible coaches have jobs high up on some team’s staff in the league. Seemingly every division has at least one head coach who everybody knows is in way over his head and has no business coaching an nfl team. Some divisions have more than that, and a few also have a few coordinators who shouldn’t be on a pro teams sideline either.

We’ve already seen the type of offense Roman wannts to design around Lamar and that shyt isn’t gonna work long term

The passing game and Lamars development will suffer because of this hire

I'd be down for bringing Kubiak back - I guess it'd have to be as a QB coach because they can't do Roman dirty like that. I doubt he'd want to come all the way back out here for basically a demotion, though. Plus I'm not sure how well he'd mesh with Roman.
