No Rockies hitter should ever be in the MVP discussion unless they are putting together a 2001-2004 Bonds-type season.

On one hand you're right, but on the other hand, a lot of people saw DJ LeMahieu's splits when he was a Rockie and thought that was gonna happen to him somewhere else. That hasn't happened.
