Dietrich pimping that homer is equivalent to Mario Hezonja staring down Bron after that block to win the game. Dude signed a minor league deal and is only playing because 2-3 guys ahead of him are hurt. Some people are too sensitive about it but he really did the most

but there's a difference between celebrating and showing somebody up. On that first homer it looked like he didn't even move until the ball was in the stands and whoever caught it held it up for him to see. No need to be obtuse like it was normal

im sick of unwritten rules shyt in baseball. baseball needs to leave all that old school bullshyt behind, stuck in the 50s 60s. like youll have some of these announcers like i remember jim kaat would say shyt like "oh bob gibson wouldve put one in your back or near your ear" like hes proud of the shyt. throw a projectlile at 90+mph at someones head cause youre a sore loser. and in gibsons case and other old school pitchers, you may not even have pimped, just hitting the homerun got you thrown at
