Someone explain how Austin Meadows gets an all star nod over the Twins Max Kepler and Eddie Rosario.

Or Abreu over Voit and Cron. The Sox getting 3 guys in is a joke.

Lourdes Gurriel Jr has been balling since he has been called back up. Dude has a real nice swing, and a cannon of a arm. It's been tough watching Jays games this year, but some bright spots here and there are always nice.

I always thought when we signed Yuli, we were going to get Lourdes. He always said he wanted to play with his brother.

I dont watch the all-star game so I don't really care, but teams like Cleveland and the White Sox having 3 all-stars and the Twins 2 is pretty silly. Needing to have every team represented throws things off and not like too many undeserving people going but you would think one of the best teams in baseball would get a bit more representation.

It doesnt help that ESPN rotates the same 6-7 teams through their schedules so they never really highlight the league and their other players like they are supposed too :scust:

Rosario should have made it. I voted for him over Brantley.

Also it's true about ESPN. they air the shyt out of NYY vs Boston. Main reason why I don't care for that shyt network.

the Sox had 2 absolute no brainers in McCann & Giolito ... Abreu is borderline but its pretty easy to see how they ended up with 3 guys

They did have 2 no brainers....but Abreu has no business being there. He flat out hasnt been as good as the other guys at first base who are on better teams.

Especially without baseball tonight, they really just rotate between Yankees, Red Sox, Astros, Dodgers, Cubs and an NL East matchup. Plenty of great players on other teams ESPN could promote. I know they will say "THE RATINGS" but I don't need to see the Sox/Yankees and Cubs/Cardinals every sunday night baseball when they have a weekend series.

The funny thing is the Yankees hate Sunday Night Baseball
