Unless they have an epic collapse in october dodgers winning the world series, they have the best pitching and defense in baseball by far, deep line up and despite some struggles earlier their bullpen good they have 4 of mlb's bottom 10 lowest hard hit rates

joe kelly struggled a few months ago has a 1.66 era ever since they will put maeda & urias(way more effective as relievers) and hill in the pen and ride buehller, kershaw and ryu as the starters.2019 dodgers are just like the 2016 cubs they have the best pitching & defense and their line up deep and can score

That Yankees /Dodgers series next week is gonna be must see TV.

The biggest problem the Yankees have in October contrary to popular belief isn’t necessarily their starting pitching. It’s their situational hitting. The Yankees now have players you can be confident in those clutch situations.

You’re kidding yourself if you think Kershaws lights will magically turn on in the playoffs. He’s proven multiple times the kitchen gets too hot for him when you need him the most. Maeda is also very hittable when the playoff balls are brought in, and Jansen hasn’t looked great all season.

hyun ryu has the lowest era in mlb, lowest walks per 9, lowest whip and is dominant at home with like a 0.54 era , buehller been great too:camby:

Kelly has a 1.66 mark since, thanks to some noticeable pitch changes. Maeda regularly finds himself in the bullpen in the postseason; for his career, he's got a 25.6% strikeout rate as a starter, and a 34.9% rate as a reliever. Kolarek has the third-highest ground ball rate in baseball. Báez, Urías, Jansen, and Hill have four of baseball's 10 lowest hard-hit rates this year. Urías has a 3.55 ERA as a starter this season, and a 2.06 mark as a reliever.

That doesn't include Casey Sadler (0.73 ERA in nine games), or Tony Gonsolin (13/1 K/BB in his first three games), or Yimi Garcia, or JT Chargois, or Dylan Floro, a group that has posted a 3.81 ERA in 118 innings for the Dodgers this year.

It's ok to give other teams props, it's not all about the astros you homer dikkrider

Playoffs are a total crapshoot so many times the best team doesn’t win.

A Astros Dodgers World Series would be :wow: though
