You laugh but it’s hard to build a good bullpen. Rizzo done pretty well considering what we started the year with. And then all the other contenders werent any better/luckier.
I mean, the Cubs bit the bullet and committed multi year to Kimbrel and we saw how that turned out . Braves went for it with Melancon and Greene and they've both sucked

meanwhile, The guys the Nats got for peanuts have been decent.
I’m happy Rizzo's did not give up the farm/tax for relievers. It just doesn't make any sense to commit any kind of long term money or give up any decent prospects for bullpen guys. They are ridiculously unpredictable and not worth the gamble
But keep sleeping. Nats are different and better without Harper
