Havent watched live TV (outside of sports and news) in years, thats how you used to get introduced to new acts, even those you werent interested in. Biggest con is none of these artists that we curate will never become household names like artists I grew up with in the 80’s and 90’s. Example, Cleo Sol should be one of the biggest artists in music. I’d bet money that maybe 5 out of 10 people you ask in the streets would know who she is. There are pros and cons. Pros are you arent force fed BS and you can curate your entertainment based on your tastes and preferences. Cons are kids have no real frame of reference or taste to base anything on and we are all in our seperate bubbles. In the future there wont be those songs that you put on and everybody is like
