Seriously I don't think you guys give enough credit to what that 72-10 record really meant in the 90s. Even if the Warriors get to 72, it is not the same 72 that Chicago had to win. I am not even talking about talent because the Warriors are a stacked team, but the play style?

You think the Warriors are getting tired? shyt man, if that was the case they would have been EXHAUSTED by game 60 with the old grind out style. You think the Knicks, Heat, Magic and the rest of the squads back in the day weren't doing everything they could to wear down Pippen and Jordan?

That Draymond excuse of being bored is BS

:flabbynsick:

They played in slow motion. nikkas just getting adjusted to shot clocks ND shyt

Breh, Klay Thompson is 6'7" and Steph is bench pressing 400 pounds. These dudes aren't some weak little kids. :mjlol:

And like someone said earlier, the Bulls played in a weak, watered down league with 6 expansion teams.:wtf:

I am NOT A Warriors fan, I've told you this like 3 times already. :camby:
Is he spiderman? :heh:

:mjlol: the competition was dramatically weaker in the 90's and defense now is much more taxing. Allowing zone causes so much more movement. This removes so much isolation and forces everyone to moving on both ends of the court. If anything that'll cause guys to wear out faster in today's league.
:salute: i dont understand why people dont get this. All the new rules were geared to speed the game up and keep teams from playing stall/isolation ball all night. It was so bad the league had to shave seconds off progressing the ball across half court! I grew up on 90s ball and im getting annoyed as fukk by the cysage of that era.

Glad to see someone gets it. These modern rules slow the game down, keep stars out of the paint, force you to have shooters on the court to space the floor, and keep individuals from dominating the game to the extent they did in the 80's and 90's. I grew up watching Shaq play and love seeing centers and power forwards operate on the block as much as maybe even @Malta does, but the reality is the modern rules don't allow teams to isolate like that. It's much easier to keep the ball away from someone now or to force them into tougher looks today than it was 20 years ago. This should be obvious if you look at the fact that free throw attempts have declined season by season league wide whole 3 point attempts have gone up gradually over the last 20 years. I think we've reached the point that last year was the first time ever we had more 3's attempted on a season than free throws. This is a product of teams having to function as a unit more to beat defenses that get to function as a unit. Both are much more tiring.

I meant deadlift god damn how many times ya'll gonna bring that up. :snoop:
Bruh mechanically there's a huge difference in the amount of weight you can lift in those two exercises the fact that you could mix that up is laughable you need to hit the gym sometime :snoop:

Motherfukkers talkin like experts on sports but don't know the difference between a deadlift and a bench press :heh:
