Bruh mechanically there's a huge difference in the amount of weight you can lift in those two exercises the fact that you could mix that up is laughable you need to hit the gym sometime :snoop:

:mjlol: the competition was dramatically weaker in the 90's and defense now is much more taxing. Allowing zone causes so much more movement. This removes so much isolation and forces everyone to moving on both ends of the court. If anything that'll cause guys to wear out faster in today's league.

Bulls were making sure the ball was touched by at least 3-4 different players before a shot went up......with Jordan, Pippen, Harper, Kukoc, Kerr....Bulls were the original small-ball team. They would dominate today as well.
