Where did you start, where are you at, where are you hoping to finish, weight wise?

Started at 221 at the end of January, got as low as 195.4 at the start of May, was probably 197-198 when I did the BF Test. Start increasing volume and eating everything in sight which really wasn't the goal. All of that said I'm generally back in a grove and making some progress. Sitting around 202 now. I'm 15 or so weeks from my birthday so ideally I will be down around 185 by then but if that pushes a little into October I can live with that.

My appetite is weird, I've got this commission of protocols. Between IF, calorie cycling and carb cycling that make it doable for me.
