Top five-ten episode of AEW in the last year for me. Second straight week Collision > Dynamite. It was very refreshing not to have any bullshyt from Jericho, Death Riders, MJF/Jarrett, or Rated FTR.
The Mariah-Toni segment. Toni’s acting chops are crazy good. She did more in a promo that lasted less than two minutes than rambling ass edgelord MJF can get out of a ten minute promo.
DCF Family cinema package was really well done, them expanding really has me wondering what Don has cooking.
So hear me out on something a bit out of left field but could create a really compelling story if they don’t fukk it up (which is a big if): Don recruited Kota Ibushi.
Don is every bit about mind games as he is physically harming someone, and there’s not a single other person on the planet that could hurt Kenny more than Kota turning on him.
Only snafu is if they do that then inevitably Kenny is going to have to wrestle Ibushi and he might be more washed than Hakeem Olajuwon on the Raptors.
i think the Ibushi idea could work if done right.
I agree about leaving all the bad storylines away from collision. Was a nice change for once without any of the DR/Rated FTR stuff plus the other feuds. They could easily use the show to focus on the midcard mens titles and some womens stuff too. Leave the mentioned storylines on dynamite. I think they should keep building up the Toni and Mariah stuff on Collision as well. They got like 2 more shows until AGS so should be enough time for anything they may need to do.
Seems like they may be doing Buddy vs Okada, which I can see it being at AGS of course.

About to start the main event. Skipped the trios match but the rest of the show was all right.
Timeless GOAT back and gave us a striptease.
Hounds of Hell should dethrone Hurt Syndicate down the road. Maybe All In. The tag match was sloppy at moments, mostly on Gates side.
Glad they’re building Bill/Hobbs. Definitely a match worth taking some time on. Wonder if this leads to Hobbs challenging for the ROH belt?
Speaking of build, they’re doing it for Harley’s eventual win. Deonna probably eats the L.

Wouldn’t be surprised if he goes back to the E when his contract is done. I think Trips will use him well. He’s improved, plus he’s big, white, and a republican, so Klansley will blow his load on him.
To lose his entire draw and get returned back to the land of the shovel of doom.
Might as well stay with aew. Think of a better character and who to build a legacy feud program with.

Every match pretty much had something.
Women's four way set up a title match and hopefully at least two angles.
Hobbs and Big Bill bringing that "Meet me outside school at 4" energy. Might've took it too far at the end but I guess Bill wants to make sure he's the heel?!
Joe and Nick Wayne have some chemistry - Nick is gonna be something special in a few years... he moves like a vet already.
Take/Shibata was just good fukkin graps.
But that Toni/Mariah segment was fukking INCREDIBLE. IDGAF Toni is the best thing I've ever seen in pro wrestling and Mariah is pulling off her end perfectly.
