Would you like more examples? Honestly I wouldn’t waste my time because if you can’t accept the point that you said something out of ignorance and I gave you a example to prove you wrong, you just don’t want to accept the facts. You’re comparing a jazz artist from the 50s & 60s who was already established to a wanna be 40 year old rapper talking about sone non sense![]()
Put me on to them, I would love to hear their musicEnough to know even MORE that make a living off of their work. That’s what I mean by y’all dont know much about business.
Man, fukk YOUPut me on to them, I would love to hear their music

You do that then, that was exactly my point from the get go. Man scary because I said fukk youWhy get emotional my guy? All you had to do was type the names I could’ve did the leg work

Still emotional responses I see.You do that then, that was exactly my point from the get go. Man scary because I said fukk you![]()
Where did you get your psychology degree again?Still emotional responses I see.
You said you knew people making money off doing rap music, so I just asked for names.
You didn’t answer so either you’re a liar or you didn’t comprehend the question

Where did you get your psychology degree again?

looking really suspect now brehO shyt I worked at a call center one summer and half of them was rappers. One of them was a the “ceo” of one of the labels they had jackets and all. I went to one of their shows at Cocos
You’d be surprised. Lee Morgan made a fukking song in the 60s called “Speedball” and he wasn’t talking bout no sport unless you consider heroin and coke a physical challenge...
None of you nikkas in here are even in the music industry/business. Y’all really just talking out your asses. Frankly it’s amusing. Quoting random interviews like y’all writing research papers for a class...
ThisHip Hop is a young man's game, that is what seperates it from other genres. Can't be 30/40+ plus talking about bussing down thots, licking shots, and trapping in dope spots....
Conscious/Backpacker rap doesn't sell/stream like trap does...
Sounds beautiful. Except nothing in the OP mentioned a single thing about them lacking at work. Not a single word.
Man shut ya dumb azz up
I empower all the black temps under me..
Cause I know how horrible it feels to be a black temporary worker in Georgia...
No job security... No insurance.. No benifits...No Sick days... . Mistreatment by the permanent workers and to add insult to injury
The companies are not obligated to hire you permanently after an alloted time of being there
Im assisting this one brother with speeding up his hiring process cause he has been a temp for a YEAR AND HALF NOW
And on top of that when his vehicle went down I been getting my azz up an hour early to pick him up to take him to work
And I don't mind it's rough out chea...
Matter of fact they talk to me all the time as that OG they can count on
I just hired another temp who needed extra money to Assist me with my business that I owned
Another one said he should have listened to me when he blew 3k out of his savings to a sheiesty music video director that had him missing days and end up losing his job
I just gave him a spot to stay at while he gets back on his feet
So I take action as well as give advice
That was the whole premise of my thread to offer alternatives to these UNDERACHIEVING OVER 30 UEAR OLD RAPPERS THAT I KNEW WHO WERE NEGLECTING RESPONSIBLITIES to focus on BEING GAINFULLY EMPLOYED AND COLLECTING STEADY INCOME as opposed to WAITING ON THAT RAP BAG that might never come...
Now if a aspiring rapper just does it for fun or is able to balance his responsibilities with his passion for rap...
Then Ihim
But if not.. Like BIG say..
UPS IS HIRING
Giving advice to these MEN
Is what I DO
WTF ARE YOU @The Devil's Advocate Doing for black men offline?
So don't you ever in your life try to accuse me of. Being a hating C00n
You desperate for attention JIGABOO AZZ LOOKING FUKK N1GGA
If you gotta problem with What I just said COME TO MY PM
AND THE REST OF YALL IGNORANT SENSATIVE FUKKBOYS
Ive been a supervisor for 6 years now. ..
and it wasnt unusual to come across a former local rapper or two amongst the group of Temps that would come through in groups every 6 months
Now in 2019 I could form a whole LABEL of all these underachieving rappers coming thru the door ...
And sadly these guys are getting paid well thru my firm once they go permanent they are at least looking at starting pay of 19.00 an hour....
Before the cost of living raises and seniority pay kicks in
But they still hold on to these "dreams" of making it in the "game"....
And the bulk of them are not young dudes.... 30 and up..
