What would the ingredients say if you are buying nuggets at the grocery store? Would it just say "contains soy" or a specific ingredient?

It can say that, but a lot of companies are arguing whether they should label GMO or not (which may have soy fillers esp if its meat). Soy isnt all the way bad its just way too many foods have it these days which is why lil girls r developing so early

Ur best bet is organic food and meat straight from a butcher. U will taste the difference

I used to. im fat swole right now so i just do two meals a day. I may move to one big meal a day post workout once i get lean but I got a ways to go.
I slept on the info you posted on this. I can't do it for lifestyle reason but I'm pretty close on weekends.

Those regions put emphasis on dishes that are stews with rice.

Other regions soul food dishes you can see the African roots and the new world spin sure but many dishes in South carolina and New orleans are damn near the same dishes from africa with a few different ingredients due to what was available.

Gullah/Geechie people eat red rice which is pretty much jollof rice for example.

Nah breh. My people are from Tennessee. When I was a kid and I visited my grandmother's house in Tennessee we literally had rice every day and we ate it with different types of stews made mostly of tomatoes, squash, okra, chicken/salmon, oninions, greens or beans.

Now we also ate stuff like greens, black eyed peas, sweet potatoes and stuff like that too, but we always had rice and stews multiple times during the week.

What are the effects of moving to one meal a day? What time do you eat this meal? Noon?

I used to work out during lunch (12-1pm) and would eat when i got home (5-6pm). Biggest thing i would say it gave me is mental clarity and my body actually felt like it was utilizing what i ate as fuel opposed to food just sitting in my stomach.

I eat one meal a day friday - sunday usually. Fridays i work from home so i can work out during lunch and weekends it allows me to eat what ever type of meal i want and i dont get too bloated.

Look at how healthy, muscular, lean and good looking these people are(No homo). Agriculture has destroyed modern man, especially poisons like wheat, sugar, hydrogenated oils and they destroyed the soil as well.

If you have money you can go to a store where the food doesn't run from you or that you have to pick and peel multiple seeds, fruits etc
