There's a time to fight over intellectual property and there's a time to be the bigger person, wish them well publically even if it's just for show and make broken Hardy merch available on the retro wing of your website.

TNA is trying to rebrand itself yet again to an audience they've alienated many many times, fighting with a tag team that are legends and darlings to that same audience is a sure way to destroy your chances.

There's way too many wrestling alternatives for TNA to waste time and resources in a pissing contest over this.
