And the apple watch outsold it in one day. The apple watch sales going down just shows that most people don't want smart watches. And if they do they choose apple.

Apple fanatics were bound to buy it before they realized the hype wasnt real. Android user base is more tech savvy not driven by hype and marketing. With that said. Smart watches are still a small niche market and android is doing it best.

This what does the watch do right now that the phone don't do better? Probably nothing so until your able,to use the watch in a convenient way without the phone at all they probably going to sell but not at no long term crazy rates

See thats the thing, thats the way of Apple thinking "how many choices do you need" Fact is there is huge differences between Samsung, LG and Motorola and Nexus. They all have their own pro's and cons so you have choices that fit best for you. If you want a good phone with crazy battery life you can get a Maxx which will last you 2 days without a charge, if you want prob the best phone on the market you get a Nexus 6 from google directly. If you like the gimmicky edge technology you can get a S6 Edge. I would rather have 20 options and pick what I like, rather then being forced to getting 2 options 1) Best option 2) Worst Option

:many: To me android phones require you to upgrade every 1-2 years do to them getting slower and more unresponsive as new updates come out, in some cases you cant get the new update without getting the new phone.. I don't even have the 6 and my phone works the same way (well the battery sucks) it did when I bought it.. While android gives you more choices and customization, Apple has a longer shelf life... and again I like my watch, but I understand if you don't see the point in owning one, but how can you say android watch is better?

Best thing to come out of this is the price reduction that simply has to come.....I wouldn't take it if it was free personally as it would collect dust...but a $200 price tag instead of $500 might help get some of that cash back......

I remember I bought a samsung " smart watch" junk was cool for 2 days then I was just ehhh. Took it back. This has nothing to do with apple, it just has to do with smart watches being gimmicky

I don't see the appeal. I'm a late adopter.
