Then why are we here lamenting the lack of black female nerds... if nerds could care less what women are coming their way? If nerds dont care why should we?

I don't care, but for BW that ask this question "why you hardly date black girls."

Because I'm surrounded by attractive people who share the same interests. There's nothing to argue about that. It's the truth, I don't care if you know a "nerd" that likes nerds but has already been ran through, or one that looks like precious. Nobody said I'd date any black woman that is fat or ugly

I've been to QuakeCon, SouthBySouthwest aka SXSW (Austin), Dreamhack (Austin), SGC (2015 and 2014), and tons of others ones.

Both of my little brothers are video game programmers and by-the-book nerds so I usually go with them.

I see plenty of black girls at these events.

As many as white girls? No, but plenty if you are interested in finding some.

Brehs gotta put themselves out there and stop waiting for girls to "come their way"

My main issue with self-proclaimed nerds is that they are usually awkward because of anxiety or depression. They project their insecurities.

No, people usually don't like people who reek of desperation and self-loathing. Or the Nerds who mask their insecurities in feelings of superiority - the worst.

If you want to be a nerd, own it. Be proud. Hang out with people who have similar interests. Stop worrying about or chasing those that don't. When you love yourself and are happy you become attractive to other people. Happiness is like a warm glow, people can help but to notice it.*

I agree, but I think this is expounded upon because even nerds at some point have to go out to that bar, or club or football game or whatever. And usually that 1st experience makes or breaks how they feel they can interact with women for years too come. If as a nerd you go out and literally never can seal the deal or get attention from a woman while the rest can and its because you as a "nerd" enjoy wearing a mario shirt and blue jeans and talking about the last episode of Agents of shield over all.... While everyone is might be in a some kind of name brand tee and jeans and talking about Real house wives or sports.... You get scarred.

I can definitely find a black woman if I wanted one. My interest level is very low though. They didnt want me from 18-25. Why should I want them now? I was a lame nikka then. I should still be a lame nikka now too. Stay consistent.

I don't think some of these guys are lying when they say that were bashed by women in their middle school/high school days. I'm just amazed by how much they allowed it to affect them.

Bad judgement in men is what was the reason in my area. People who were playas/popular talked to them and said the same things I said (I talked to em and saw for myself) and got better responses.

I've never heard of a woman breaking up with a dude because he's too into sports, it might happen, but if anything they are gonna dress up, go tail gate, or she gonna go sit in the stands with him and eventually become somewhat involved because its socially acceptable and "cool" But lets say he's too into video game tournaments, is she going to be willing to travel, watch him practice and watch him go actually compete I have heard a many women say they can't deal with a dude that play's video games though...god forbid he actual traveled for them too. RIP

Not all black women in my area. Its just that most there had bad judgment in men like most men had bad judgement in women.
