This team will be fine whenever Zion comes back; all of these losses are wins or dead even games if you add in even his below average nightly production. It can be very good if Griff can find a real 6th man and support to prop up the bench; I feel like maybe even NAW might be best suited to that in a Jordan Clarkson/Lou Will type role. His bag is deep but his shot selection is not "Starter on an NBA playoff hopeful team" level rn, but with our bench's lack of production his tendency to chuck up bad shots wouldn't be as detrimental. BI looks and sounds like he wants to be "the guy" and he closed this game out tonight like one. Absolutely fukking criminal he's gotten literally only 1-2 freethrows over 4 whole games. I figured with the new rules this season teams/players who weren't foul baiters were supposed to be rewarded; instead the league using them as an excuse to fukk us over even more. Oh and I'm mostly okay with Willie's coaching so far (starting Herb Jones of all players was something I'd never expect, especially this early)... but I swear if Garrett Temple is gonna be his own "savvy veteran" love affair like Bledshyt was for Van Goondy...
