Unsurprising, The DCEU has almost fully eroded his 2010-14 run.

Took him 7 years to build himself back up post-Daredevil and now The DCEU could possibly land him back in that spot, so why stick with it if you aren't sure it will get better? Too make matters worse he isn't even directing The Batman anymore and WB want him in more DCEU films.

Justice League has to be a universal hit for him to stay on in my opinion

Yeah but regarding this i'm pretty sure he's under contract unless he wants to risk not working for WB again. WB isn't gonna let him walk without some consequence if it came down to it.

Also Ben mad that he's starring in bad movies? dude only has one critical hit since Argo with Gone Girl. fukking Runner Runner has an 8% on RT Ben doesn't have any room to call shots acting wise. Amy Adams has more leverage than him after last year
