Had a lot of stuff in rotation, but finally caught up and finished this season. While they didn't explicitly state it, I was under the impression this might be the last season. So I was surprised when I found out it got renewed for another season in the middle of watching S4

The show is still good and when it's cooking, it's really cooking but doesn't quite match the level of S1 or S2, which I felt were elite.

It's good on Carmy to realize he needs to do the work on himself and this season he takes steps to do so, a big one towards the end. I can see where they can go in S5, or at least where I hope they go. The breadcrumbs of the sandwich expansion being another way to really make money and everyone finally being on the same page, menu and budget wise.

Show getting a little tiresome, the wedding episode was a chore to get thru. The everybody is cussing and screaming schtick is losing its charm

Too manty eps are a chore and for me the charm has now gone, Season 5 most definitely has to be the end

Three I think the show is running one season too many but it's still the best show on TV. I agree with the other poster you guys probably shouldn't watch shows like this if you can't follow character arcs. I think it ended the way it's supposed to. Could have gotten their faster? Maybe, but this is where Carmy should be considered all his actions throughout the show. Really curious to see how they land the plane.

S2 was dope.
S3 - I'm kinda used to the formula, but it's fine.

S4 - man I just cannot get into it. I've tried 3 times to get into the Sydney/Ayo episode, and I'm just failing.
The Carmine romance sub plot with the chick he bounced on...not interested.

It's not that it's a bad show, but it's not grabbing me at all.

Breeze through the 1st 7 episodes yesterday. Way better than season 3 imo. I like Ebra is back in the mix, he was great in the 1st season.


This show suffers tremendously from Sons of Anarchy syndrome - characters always together but never discussing what needs to be discussed due to interruptions or bullshyt lol
