Yeah the first one was blatant.. he held his arm and when harden pulled it away he flopped. Harden was clearly frustrated on the second one though

It looked to me like Smart did the same thing both times.

In Smarts defense, Harden was trying to push off for separation both times, but that has never been called a foul in the NBA, especially in those circumstances.
