The show logo always had it like Dragonball Z. People probably just putting the space because Dragon Ball itself isn't one word.

It was Berenstein. They changed it to Berenstain because the bears are black. They are trying to hide who the real Hebrew Israelites are.

I personally believe all of this stems from stein sounding and looking more pleasing to the human mind. It's one of those things where it just seems like the right thing so that's what you would imagine it actually is. If you look up the woman singing the theme song seems to say stein as well but it's kinda hard to tell with her accent
Fruit loops were changed recently because they didn't want to imply that it had actual fruit in it

I came in to say the same exact thing. -Stein is a very common suffix for the end of a name, -stain isn't and doesn't sound as good or flow as smooth. I remember as a kid being shocked to find out that it was Berenstain and not stein, but adjusting to say -stain once I realized that's what it was. It's amazing how gullible people can be. Yea we've entered a new dimension and the only thing that's changed is the spelling of children's books and Chick-fil-a. Pretty boring for what would be the greatest development in human history.
