I drink cofee/chicken broth and eat somethin.. I hear about chaser pills that you take the night before and they help...

4 advils, 2 large gatortades and a gallon of water with a couple big greasy junkfood meals mixed in.

Okay, then push the waters down. You're dehydrated right now. I've heard people say they eat something salty like potato chips to help retain the water but I can't speak on that working.
