Thought about going to the early screening tonight but I just can't get past them turning him into fukking Freddie. In some ways I guess it makes sense to add another monster to the slasher canon but he wasn't really a slasher to begin with lol. Dude was just a pedo creep abducting and killing kids lol.

Just based off the trailers (and the ending of the first film) it looks like he’s some supernatural being now. Similar to Freddie, Jason etc.
