Can y'all at least admit that the brotha was (and continues to) massively outperform what his roster allows?
This was supposed to be an 8 win team, yet they somehow won the division.

Rosters are trash but still gets to the playoffs, just wait and see what happens after he’s fired 
The fatal mistake from Tomlin this year was keeping* Arthur Smith, if it was indeed his call.
Otherwise it’s all above HC levels, getting A-rod, and matching him with a OC with questionable experience, and dropping a dude for some late round picks who was like a top 3 WR of the season
When you think about it Steelers might actually be a mess with respect to offense, on the same levels as other teams that are poorly ran. But they have Tomlin and a bunch of veteran defensemen making it look better than it is

In their last seven playoff losses, the Steelers have trailed by 21+ points in every single one of those games. That is not acceptable from a team.
You might not get a coach as good as Tomlin if he leaves or is let go, but you can't keep running it back with mediocrity on the field.
