Cowher didn't do much until he finally won in his 13th season. What coaches get to stick around for even 10 years without winning anything?

Tomlin was able to win early on, and while he hasn't won since his second season, they've never had a losing season. How many times have they lost in the past ten years when they were the favorites?

I was defending him a few weeks ago when it looked like the Steelers were legit but another embarrassing collapse tells me this is over. Next year is just gonna be another QB competition between a washed Russ and Justin Fields, who COULD revive his career with the right OC but he doesn't have that in Arthur Smith.

That defense has enough good to elite pieces to carry a DECENT offense. Yet they can't even do that.

Being a defensive minded team and crying about having no shot against another team's offense is crazy.

My biggest concern with the Steelers is that they have no means to get a good veteran QB, never draft high and Tomlin needs a good OC to develop a rookie. They either need to get extremely lucky, or will be stuck as a treadmill team forever.

I don't know why he'd even want to coach there anymore, what's the 2025 plan?
