here's what I'm trying to figure out, he committed the murder as "bruce", so is he charged as a man or a woman? would he be sent to a male prison, or a female prison? could he avoid jail time because technically, bruce no longer exists, or is that semantics?

Because trans people are already a part of our culture whether you embrace that or not. If he identifies as a woman who are you or anybody else to tell him otherwise? And it's funny how nobody in here mentioned the 2 trans kids that were murdered/committed suicide recently...should we be glad they're dead since you don't want them accepted in our society?
