The two biggest rappers in the world are black. If you expand the list, the next biggest rappers are all black too. In no particular order:
-Cole
-Future
-Migos
-Kanye
-Hov
-Cardi B
-Nicki
-Big Sean
etc etc etc and you can add Logic to that list, fukk it.
There is no white takeover. A few white rappers are riding a successful wave right now, clap for em. But that's it. You can't name one white rapper who is pushing the genre forward or making trends right now.

I’m just going off what has been said to me. Not necessarily my opinion.
Same with the N word. Some black youth they say it’s part of pop culture or just American slang and that black people don’t “own” the word and it’s meaning has changed now
In the same way the hip hop culture has changed today in how it’s perceived by the mainstream especially Non Black youth. They’d rather be part the culture than or make it their own than accept it for what it is and respect it like past artists/fans have
