They're not gonna shop him. The 5th pick may be the only thing remotely interesting there, and for all we know they may not like anyone available there.

Both sides would be better off waiting for free agency
IMO minny would rather nab a few prospects in this draft then next

Bulls also got that swap pick with Cleveland next season

Plus rights to miritoc

Risk for us would be letting love go into free agency and him and Westbrook decide they want the lakers we can't clear enough for 2 max would be wise for us to grab love and lock him in

We could just sit on the cap space another year and wait for love (that's a Luther song lol) but its unlikely and risky

It's just a thought tho

Just rebuild through the draft, I wouldn't even concern myself with Love.

Get Exum this year, and possibly Okafor next year.

A few small injuries? Excluding the shortened season, he misses 13 games a year, and him being better than Hayward right now doesn't mean he'll be better than him 3 years from now when he's about to turn 32, and Hayward is turning 27.

You think he's going to get more durable the older he gets? He's going to want 4-5 years from the Cavs, and they will more than likely overpay/over extend to keep him.

Deng will always be better than Hayward, I don't know what yall so high on Hayward. He's probably reach his peak, he may have a few Dunleavy like seasons but he will never be an allstar (like Deng)

13 games a year is alot to you? Considering the MPG deng plays...wow , high standards!!

:wtf:

Dude said he'd rather have Deng over Hayward and Turner, and I said that was pushing it considering age and the contracts they will be signing + years.

I even said it was a good move to pick up Deng, but long term he is not a better option than either of those guys.

the poster you quoted made a good point, Deng game is not based on athleticism or ball handling. HE could litearlly survive longer than most players just by being in shape lol - cuts, backdoors, a few 3's, and solid D.

this is stupid. Bulls did this with JR Smith a few years ago. It's only 6 million dollars, they could have kept him for the year and see how he pans out. Watch him go to Miami get back in shape and beast.

He is already back in shape. He lost all his athleticism. He is awful in transition D and was shooting under 50% from the floor. Guy fell off. It is kinda sad actually. If Miami picks him up he wont help them at all he will just be a liability.

he is not in shape lol, have you seen him? The team that picks him up, should give him two months of really getting in shape and have him ready after the allstar break. I can't tell if Bynum was trolling the Cavs or if he really doesn't want to play basketball anymore

Lol at this loser

To begin the year his angle to support his argument was that fans don't know more than the front office, we arm chair gms, fans think they can run the bulls better than the front office

Now since its clear that the front office is embracing the tank and see the benefit of what we "arm chair gms" been saying from the moment rose went down, now he against the front office and they making stupid moves :heh:

:usure: you don't know more than the front office, thinking you can run the bulls better than they can? :rudy:

dude don't address me, you're a no nothing. Management made an offer Deng, so guess what?? you were wrong like you've been the entire time. If they were embracing a tank , then they wouldn't have tried to keep Deng at all. How are you going to gloat when they made the offer and tried to keep DEng, they were just being their typical cheap asses.

Now that DEng is out the picture, they of course have to go all out tank mode and i'm sure they'll be trading Dunleavy and Hinrich - they think Rose and Noah as a core is going to make the rebuilding process quick. And I'd like to see if they keep Thibs too - can't imagine they want him part of the rebuilding process (not playing their rookies and substandard roster fillers).

WElcome to the Bulls after they traded Pippen - I'm expecting the next 5 years we will not be in the playoffs (depending on who we draft) because Rose is finished unless he transforms his game.

What are you talking about? You clearly haven't watched the Cavs play this season. He signed with the Cavs 30 lbs overweight and lost all of it to play on opening night. He was playing up to 30 mins sometimes. The guy is in game shape. His knees are shot. He lost all his athleticism. I watched him get multiple good post up positions in a game and he went 0-11 under the hoop because he has no hops. He just is not who he used to be, and became a liability for the Cavs on the floor.
