Deep in the south kickin uptop game
kinda off topic but would y'all have your barber's back in a fight? I was in the barbershop earlier and I overheard another barber tryin to negotiate his booth rent payment wit the owner of the barbershop who is also my barber's uncle, we call him Pup. I'm guessing he had to give Pup all he had and he was tryin to at least have $20 to spend seein how it's Friday, he keep sayin shyt like "come on pup, leave me wit a lil somethin, I'll come in early tomorrow and have it all before i leave", Pup kept hittin him with the :childplease: so eventually he gave up. He was pretty loud, all of us at that end of the shop heard what was goin on. a couple minutes later the same barber is talkin about how he hates when a cat will get a cut, pull out a bill bigger than he can change exactly, and instead of just leavin him a tip they'll tell him they'll be right back and come back wit the exact change. after a couple minutes of talkin my barber looked up and said "aye, but wasn't you just over here doin the same thing?". Dude was heated, he tried to play it off for a second but after he faced the fact that he couldn't come back with anything witty he got mad and stepped to my barber. His uncle deaded it quick, he didn't even have a chance to put the clippers down but I was just thinking, if he would have swung on him, is my barber important enough to jump in? it's hard findin a good barber, it's a bad situation to be in sittin in his chair knowing he saw you watching him get his ass beat

Imma try another attempt at waves, but last time all got after 6 months was little ripples and a tender head from brushing so much.

What's the secret brehs? is it really just Grease, Du Rag, Brush your head till your arm falls off?

Or good genes?

this and a decent brush (dianne) and a good du rag and a few stocking caps is all you need and about 6 weeks without a cut and just getting lineups in between.

after moving to hawaii, i got tired of gettin my shyt fukked up and paying for it so i bought a Wahl Senior and an Andis T-liner and taught myself. :win: somethin ive learned from movin around and meeting people from all over is that everyone calls the same cuts different names. i.e. i give myself a brook aka brooklyn fade, temp fade, low fade, taper fade, blowout.

but ill never forget taking off my hat at the shop after i fukked up my hair the first time :ohlawd: one of the most embarassing moments ever

Lemongrass, cherries, alkaline water
I have the first joint dude posted also

and I adjusted them....took the screws out and pushed the blades up higher (which is what I was supposed to do, correct?) and my cuts still ain't sharp bro

I meant to post this a while ago but for any of ya'll with the Andis T-Outliners who arent getting the sharp line you want this is what you need

It's called the Anivo blade adjuster and runs for about 25 bucks on Amazon. If you're trying to adjust the blades manually you may never get it right, this device does it for you in a matter of a few minutes. All you do is unscrew the blade, align the hole on the blade with the hole of the adjuster, unscrew the smaller screws on the blade (that allow it to slide up and down) press down into the adjuster with the pin in the hole, screw and put back on. Also make sure you holding the outliners at the right angle when lining yourself up and you'll be good to go

Homie, if you got ebony skin you need this in your life.

I use it for Razor bumps. But it works really well with treating your skin.

A lot of the products you see in CVS/Walgreens is catered towards White America.

But black soap is FUBU status (for us, by us). Produced in Africa and does miracles on your face.

Read this:Benefits of Black soap | Benefits Of

Yo does Black Soap help with dark areas on your face?

shows how to adjust outliners.

But I've been messing with the Wahl detailers for a month now and :noah: I think Wahl really did a great job with these trimmers.
