I’m in between 20-25%To see a 4 pack you gotta be like 17% body fat if you can't see shyt yet you probably somewhere between 18-25%
On the high end that would be 14 lbs of fat to lose on the low end maybe just 2 more lbs of fat. Just depends where you're at how your body stores it
