To see a 4 pack you gotta be like 17% body fat if you can't see shyt yet you probably somewhere between 18-25%
On the high end that would be 14 lbs of fat to lose on the low end maybe just 2 more lbs of fat. Just depends where you're at how your body stores it

I peaked too early and started slacking BEFORE 4th of july..


Almost forgot what it feel like when random women just grab your arm or try to steal a feel quick.. It really is a different reaction when you in shape, feels good to be back home..

One thing Im not used to is the amount of congratulations and people asking for the secret like the info is not that much more widely available than ever before.. Like breh, congratulate me when I do something fr, not stuffing my face with carbs and getting back active is not that serious
