I'm having the same issue. I honestly thought some "break the internet" type news story broke caused the Coli servers to be

It's better now. But I noticed this a few minutes ago.
It happens periodically but I just know that's my cue to go and do something else for the next hour or two and then it fixes itself. It happened last week also.
My guess is it's probably updates on the back end. I still remember when the coli would just shut off for a few hours on Tuesdays or Thursdays back in the day so this is a better improvement. I prefer a slower coli to out of service coli
