I was talking to a friend that did the draft, and he said that if you got extra draft picks through trade, that whoever controlled the pick originally still had to make the pick for you, you pretty much had to tell them who you wanted.

Look on the first page, any team you don't see a username by is available. Also, there may be teams that open up based on the non bolded guys below not returning.
