Don't most people from Quebec just speak both? Only with an accent, I doubt schools are not teaching English and vice versa.

All French schools in Quebec teach English as a 2nd language but people outside the Montreal area don't really get a chance to speak it in day to day life.

They have it all, so why leave? You should visit Montreal, if you haven't.

Quebec also lobbied hard to give tax breaks to technology companies to set up here, which is why there are so many B2B, SaaS and Gaming companies in Montreal

If you're in tech, Montreal is a great city to live. Cost of living is still rising, but it's astronomically less than TO or Van City

Most Canadians live in the Quebec City–Windsor Corridor, and the weather there is not that different from New York State.

Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver have some of the best PAWGs (and women of other races) I have ever seen.

I visit Montreal every almost year (I live in New England so it's easy to drive there) and currently in Toronto on vacation and goddamn....sooooo many PAWGs and bad bytches everywhere it's overwhelming.

Interestingly, there is very real animosity between Ontario and Quebec and they really don't like each other.

This is straight facts. I visited Toronto 3 years ago, and the number of attractive women there was crazy (and yes, of ALL RACES/ETHNICITIES).

It really was overwhelming

Toronto is the capital of feminism and its overwhelmed by feminist zombies who dont believe on cooking, cleaning and about 60% take some kind of pills and 95% are taking therapy. Nasty attitudes are in abundance. Now it's being over run by Punjab.

The rest of Canada is ok. Montreal is nice, even as a black man,bonus if you know French.

Pretty much lived there and dated someone there for a year and what will say is that Quebec people can be pretty racist to black folks who live there and their accent is frowned upon by actual French people. People in Canada hate Ontario, but there’s a layer of annoyance for Quebec because a lot of people would like to live there since it’s much cheaper but you HAVE to know French in order to work and have any kind of social life.

There are a couple of cac countries like this: Belgium and Switzerland for instance. There are probably a ton of areas in Africa where countries are divided by languages too

I been to Montreal and it was cool. thought about going to Quebec City but I heard it was aggressively French, meaning people there go out their way not to accommodate English speakers

Believe it or not in northern NY there are areas where street signs are in French. I heard in southern Texas there are areas where every thing is in Spanish too
