Many successful people, such as The Rock (Dwayne Johnson), have publicly stated they sleep 4-6hours daily..
I won't lie, I do this, and catch up on my sleep during the weekends. But it is becoming harder.
Also, its impacted my health negatively. I basically would take 4 (minimum) caffeine pills in order to stay awake and alert throughout the day. Eventually, they didn't hit me as hard so I would crush one up, put the powder in my mouth, and swallow that shyt with a cup of coffee. This works wonders.
Mornings are the hardest, but the best thing to do is jump out of bed, straight to the shower. Start with warm then turn that handle all the way to cold. Literally 5 seconds is all you need, gives you enough energy to go make your coffee/get on with your day.
As time went on I've seen my revenues grow as I could spend more time on my side hustles, this just drove me to more hours spent working as opposed to sleeping.
I firmly believe sleep is a fukking waste of time when we do it in large chunks. Sleep like 4-6hours max, and nap when you can. Use your weekends to catch up on sleep.
Anyone else live this lifestyle? Opinions on it? It's 1 AM and I'm writing this. Going to wake up in 5hours, probably sleeping after i hit the create thread button.
