I was playing RE 8 with a Series X controller at my cuzzin spot and the battery died. Man I had rummage through this dude's drawers looking for batteries.

I would generally agree but 30 hours of disposable battery life will always trump 4-8 hours USB

I'm tired of Sony's franchises not lasting the test of time in gameplay and graphics. Chasing trends over making a classic is why so many remasters have to be done. Its like playing a PS3 gen title with no graphical upgrades is a cardinal sin.

If you want proof go back and look at when Microsoft said a lot of their games in the early years of the Series X were gonna be cross generation. People trashed them for it. Sony comes out and says effectively the same thing and it's a smart business move now.

Go back and look at the original PS4 and Xbox One and how Xbox fans downplayed the One being the weaker system then when the One X comes out and is graphically more powerful suddenly that's important and PlayStation fans downplay graphics.

It's all a bunch of people using political style talking point style arguments they don't even believe in because they think the arguments back a company's position. When reality plays out differently they don't even back their original positions they just shift to other talking points.
