Yeah I remember watching the corner with my dad. It was some heavy shyt that had us both shaking our heads.
The main characters name was Keith I think, smart brother who dropped out of college to take care of his baby mama and child. He was a hard working man who held down 2-3 jobs, paying the bills, driving a benz, but his woman started with that heroin shyt, he got involved, and pretty soon they lost it all.they went from damn near the American dream for poor black folks, to junkies trolling the street for a few dollars so they can get high.
From what I remember, breh tried to get off that shyt, started working again, but couldn't stay away from that narcotic...which obviously lead to his downfall.

This thread put me on, I just watched the first episode last night, and this scene was gut wrenching..... decide between hooping it up with his kid or hitting the needle....
