My credit dropped to about 550 in the last couple of months but that's mostly cause I been using my credit cards to pay for some investments I done made. I got like 12,000 tied up in just investments that are about to payout soon so my score will go back up. Credit Cards with no interest have saved my ass:whew:

Using credit cards for investments is a dangerous game. Usually if you're using debt to fund investments it should be low interest debt. Might be 0% right now but after the introductory period credit cards have some of the worst interest rates people typically face. If the investments don't go as planned you'd be left exposed to that.

Oh I know. The type of investments I use them for are always short 3-6 month ones. Where I'm not waiting for something to pan out necessarily but more so for the inventory I bought to come in.

I learned the hard way about longterm investing on credit cards lmao. Years ago I bought something I couldn't afford that was supposed to pay for itself and also make me some money. shyt was cool at first cause I was in the introductory period. Next thing I knew my monthly payment was $240 on one card:dead:

How does the dispute process go, I’m about to dispute a 3K debt and a $300 debt through Experian

just told them I couldn’t pay due to Covid related reasons

Also has anyone consolidated a loan on here?

I owe the it’s and can pay it but I want it paid in full now just to have it out of my record ASAP and then I’ll pay back monthly of whatever company pays the loan

Credit is 557. I only have two things in collections for a total of $1,057. I can pay it but do I really need to? or would it be better just to send a dispute letter? They are both in collections with third party agencies. Both are less than two years old. I saw on credit karma if I paid each one off, my score would go up 23pts (for each I think, which would be like 46 points) but if I disputed it, it would go up like 20 (For each I think) Help me out bruhs

most brehs are past this point. All I can recommend is that you don’t pay anything without it being a pay/notice for deletion. Outside of that your goal should be building your credit. New tradelines making sure you pay any bills/debts you have now etc.
