The comparison is because Melo, Bron, tiffany and Lyra were all down in NXT together and all shined under HBK's booking down there. On the main roster, Triple H is the booker so of course it's gonna be questioned why the other 3 are excelling

It’s easy to paint a narrative when you solely focus on just him, but across the board the nikka kinda just sucks at booking. Look at how he’s failing Finn and Theory lol

I thought Triple H was gonna run with a mix of territory philosophy and longterm storytelling to truly make it a wrestling soap opera but with real graps. There's definitely some of that in his booking but he plays favorites like most bookers end up doing and he waits too long to pull the trigger on things and he books around certain matches that people wanna see cause he's always "saving" something and in my opinion, if you are protecting everyone then you are building no one.

Kross, Finn, and Theory’s roles are definitely the result of Trips being a shyt booker like you said. I don’t think anyone here is denying that.

People bring up the black wrestlers because that’s what this thread is focused on. But most people know that the racism is only a small fraction of the problem with the overall horrible booking in general.

Especially the ones that buy tickets.
Them booing Bianca before Mania said a lot.
That majority white and casual audience, struggle to connect to confident and serious black wrestlers.
Bianca gets over because she is miles and miles more athletic than the other women.
People cheer for her once she starts doing amazing shyt in the ring.
Truth got over for 15 years, playing the same dumb guy.
Booker T had to become funny/goofy to get over.
New Day had to be goofy.
Trick will need to be too.
Melo hasn’t been that funny or goofy, so he’s not over.
Oba’s will be lucky to get Mark Henry treatment, and it took years before Mark Henry became a serious, main event wrestler.

They were with Lashley 100%...
Bianca wins all the time and is protected from pins.....they were cheering for Iyo Sky over her during the middle of her super push two years ago. She usually wins the crowd over with her strength feats.
