Iyo was on fire and the most popular she’s been and they decided to bench her with the belt to showcase Hunter’s new toy. Tiffany isn’t benched but she hasn’t done shyt since Mania either. Those women need to be in the ring wrestling and continuing to get over. HHH and some of his supporters have an old ass 40 year old mentality that the champ’s appearances should be “special” but if that person not Hulk Hogan or Brock Lesnar level, they’ll just mean less and less every week

Funny you posted this. I was listening to Lapsed Fan's tribute to Sid and they said the same thing concerning wrestlers that were a part of WCW Vince gave them the opportunity to just get a place anywhere, while WCW you had to be ATL bound or get the boots.

Nah, it is... that's the only bit of AEW's booking I consistently agree with the critics on.

They have done better lately, last notable one was Private Party vanishing as soon as they got those tag belts.
