I didn't know 120 was 90th percentile. I know a few 120 nikkas. I thought they were just average.

160 is extraordinarily rare. 140 Q is possibly genius or signs of genius. 145 IQ is genius. That is 20 points above an everyday genius.

MENSA's (the high IQ society)'s minimum requirement is an IQ of 148, and that's the 98th percentile. A 160 IQ shyts on that

Einstein and Stephen Hawking have an IQ of 160

If you have such a ridiculously high IQ, you should be winning a nobel peace prize for your theories and inventions, not posting

MENSA's minimal requirement (on their test) is a score of 132, which falls in the 98th percentile.

If the Cattell was used as admission, then yes, a minimum of 148 would be required, which is equivalent to a 132 on the MENSA.

MENSA uses a standard deviation of 15, Cattell and a few others use a standard deviation of 24. The greater the SD used, the higher the score needed.

A score of 148 using a standard deviation of 15 is in the 99.9th percentile.

But seriously I am an INTP. Feel your pain breh. Actually wish that I had a J. I would be a more productive citizen. INTPs are a minute percentage of the population. We always live with their heads in the clouds - highly abstract. You at least have a decent grip on reality as an INTJ and are dependable enough to accomplish goals and complete tasks. I am rooting for you. Find an intelligent therapist who you can match wits with. It will be a game changer.
