You need to read some more because you don't even understand the shyt you are posting.

First off the figure is wrong because plenty of families that are above the poverty line still get assistance(pell grants, tax breaks, etc) in fact those types of programs get more money than the programs we associate with single mothers (food stamps, housing assistance, etc) Your $60,000 number takes all of that money and places it on the shoulders of those in poverty. That's mistake number 1

Secondly just because the goverment is spending $60,000 per houshold doesn't mean that each houshold is getting that much.

An excerpt from your own report:

This dollar figure is almost three times the amount the average household on poverty lives on per year. "If the spending on these programs were converted into cash, and distributed exclusively to the nation’s households below the poverty line, this cash amount would be over 2.5 times the federal poverty threshold for a family of four, which in 2011 was $22,350

This study is proof of inefficient spending by the government not the amount of money people actually get.

Let me give you some numbers.

Average food stamp benefits per month $250

Average rent/living expenses 750 (we know that's much lower for poor people living in the hood) lets say the goverment pays half of that so the housing benefit would equal $375

Average health insurance payment $200.

In order to be eligible for all 3 you'd have to have a be in a pretty unique situation and the benefits still equal only $825 or $9,900

And furthermore your idea that welfare benefits are justifying men leaving their families is totaly misguided as well. Going by your numbers these men are making 20-25k per year. At that amount they'ed be eligible for welfare if they stayed with their families, so it actualy makes no sense for them to leave.
