In order to keep from getting an r rating, nolan had to shoot the fight scenes from the perspective of who he was fighting like you saw what they saw, which was very little, otherwise he would have gotten an r rating for violence like blade 2,hardly anything bad except for some gore here and there but my nephew watches it
