And also who exactly is looking for Bruce Wayne so hard that seeing a similar looking white guy in a cafe on a different continent is going to cause some big ass stir?

Best scene in the movie, but am I to think Bane didn't have his mask tubes screwed tightly enough in the second fight?



Or maybe it was the cucumber and sponge-water diet that really put some meat behind Batman's punches the second time.

i want to add something else to that the more i think of it. it would of been MORE logical to have selina in that (had it really BE a fantasy) because immediately AFTER he mentioned to bruce about they should get together is WHEN he tells him about that SPECIFIC fantasy!!! it was all in the same conversation!

More reasons for Bruce to be alive:

1) Why would Alfred be having a happy hallucination when he knows Bruce is dead, and he sobbed about failing him? Unless you think Alfread went nuts?

2) The whole Bats being in the cockpit before the explosion was a deception.

3) Normally when a main character dies, there's a flash montage of things hes done before then he closes his eyes, like Bruce Willis in Armageddon. Batman could not have died the way it seemed. It was too meh.

4) The Clean Slate program. He and Selina used to create their new lives

people complaining about the nitpicking need to realize that this is Christopher Nolan we're talking about. Dude's M.O. in the first two Bat flicks was explaining how everything worked in meticulous detail and an airtight plot. if this was another Tim Burton Batman flick where shyt just randomly happens and the focus is more on the spectacle/atmosphere than logic/plot/realism then no one would give a fuck about how Batman got back to Gotham. but Nolan already established a reputation and standard for himself which he didn't quite live up to in this one.

like I said, the direction of the film is incredible, but I feel like the script could've used a few more revisions and rewrites. but after TDK made so much money I guess the studio gave Nolan free reign to do whatever the fuck he wanted

I don't see how you can have a problem with Bruce figuring shyt out and/or exposition in a vision when it turns out HE WASN'T EVEN RIGHT

I also loved the little line they put in where Bruce says "I watched you die" and Ras says something like "there are many ways to achieve immortality" Because I knew they would not have the Lazarus Pit in Nolan's universe but that was a nod to the character in a way that fit in this trilogy. Plus it goes back to the whole theme of the trilogy of making yourself into more than a man, achieving "immortality" by becoming a symbol and a legend.

Which is just what Bats finally does at the end
